  • Where do I have to report at the Clinic?

    When arriving for a scheduled appointment, please report at the information desk in the entrance hall for further instructions.

    Opening hours patient admission:
    Monday  – Thursday 06.45 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
    Friday 06.45 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

  • What information is required for my hospitalisation?

    Your health is important to us. To draw up your individual treatment plan we kindly ask you to inform us about your medical history.

    If available, please have the following documents with you for the initial interview:

    • previous medical reports and treatment findings such as medical reports, CT and MRT scans and X-rays to avoid examinations being repeated
    • a list of previous medical and therapeutic treatment measures such as surgeries, ergotherapy, speech therapy, etc.
    • package inserts of your medication to identify active agents and quantities of active agents.
  • What do I have to bring with me to the Clinic?

    Citizens of the European Union are asked to have their European Health Insurance Card or a provisional confirmation from their health insurance (replacement certificate) with them. Next to personal items please make sure to have with you: pyjamas, bathrobe, personal laundry, toilet bag, bathing shoes.
