Frequently asked questions relating to hospitalisation at the Dritter Orden Clinic

  • Where do I have to report at the Clinic?

    When you arrive at the appointment time scheduled with the Clinic, report to Patient Information immediately on the right at the main entrance.

    Patient admission opening hours:
    Mon – Thu 06.45 hours to 16.00 hours, Friday until 14.30 hours.

  • What information is required for my hospitalisation?

    Your health is important to us. To enable us to draw up your individual treatment plan you are requested to inform us of all your previous illnesses, previous operations, medication, etc.

    So please make sure you bring along the following papers with you – if you have them – by not later than the initial interview:

    • previous medical and treatment findings such as medical reports, CT and MRT scans and X-rays to avoid examinations being repeated
    • a list of previous medical and therapeutic treatment measures such as operations, ergotherapy, speech therapy, etc.
    • package inserts of your medication to identify active agents and quantities of active agents.
  • What do I have to bring with me to the Clinic?

    Patients within the EU should bring along your European Health Insurance Card or provisional confirmation from your health insurer (replacement certificate). Apart from personal items you should have the following in your Clinic bag: pyjamas, bathrobe, personal laundry, toilet bag, bathing shoes.
