Patient visits are currently possible on a limited basis between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm, with reservations required. Access for visitors is prohibited outside these times, and no access is possible after 6:30 pm.
Visitors are registered by name in paper form in the reception area of the adult clinic and the paediatric clinic.
The data collected from visitors is used exclusively for the purpose of follow-up by the public health department,
It is stored in compliance with data protection regulations and erased after four weeks.
The following requirement applies to all sectors:
One visitor per patient (with medical face mask) per day - for one hour - as long as they are tested, vaccinated or recovered*. Visitors under the age of 16 are not permitted access.
The paediatric clinic allows one parent to be admitted as an accompanying person and the other parent or guardian to visit.

Proof of testing:
Negative test result in the form of a PCR test (max. 48 hrs. old) or written proof of an antigen test (not older than 24 hrs.).
Please note that testing is not carried out for visitors at the Klinikum Dritter Orden.
Proof of vaccination:
Certificate confirming a complete vaccination (from the 15th calendar day after the second vaccination) or recent vaccination and passed Covid infection: Presentation of the positive PCR test in combination with the presentation of the proof of vaccination.
Proof of overcome Covid infection:
Proof of having overcome a Covid infection is, in accordance with the Bavarian Ministry of Health, a positive PCR test with the corresponding date, which must be at least 28 days and at the maximum six months ago.
More extensive exemptions for patient visits are currently not possible.
In the event that you have an outpatient appointment at our hospital, we kindly ask you to attend this appointment alone - if your health allows it. However, if your child has an outpatient appointment with us, we kindly ask you to accompany them alone and without siblings.
ATTENTION: A face mask must be worn during your entire stay at the Klinikum Dritter Orden. This also applies during your stay in the patient's room.
